MAF (www.maf.org) dedicated a new training airstrip in Melba, ID on Friday. They held a raffle for MAF staff to win a ride in one of 2 MAF Cessna 206's or the new Quest Kodiak airplane. I happened to win a ride in the Kodiak! There were 6 (actually 7, since there was a baby too) of us besides the pilot and co-pilot. It was only a 6 minute flight, but it was really cool to be one of the few MAFers whose flown in the plane. Here's a video of the landing on the new strip from my perspective:

It was lots of fun. MAF is set to get their first Kodiak in March as long as all the red tape is cut
