Our church, Christian Faith Center (cfcnampa.org), has a wonderful women's ministry called Ladies night out. LNO is a night of food, fun and Fellowship,held the second Friday of various months with a different theme each time. I've been able to attend 3 so far and can't wait for the next one! Last night Nov 14th was the LNO's Holiday Show & Shoppe which offered some homespun treasures like jewelry, candles & soaps, vintage tote bags (I got one!),awesome baby slings (I want one, mine is too small!),baked goods, candy and MORE...

I was able to share a table with a friend who was selling her homemade baby food and bibs. I had bows and some appliqued t-shirts and onesies to sell. The turnout for the Holiday Shoppe was pretty great. I did sell a few bows and everyone seemed to think the appliqued items were very cute despite the fact that none sold. I blame the economy haha ...actually I got requests for them in larger sizes! All in all I had a great time and it was a good experience.
